Submission of the feedback form is mandatory to receive your certificate, and the deadline for submission is October 28, 2024.

On-site Payment
For on-site payments, the amount in euros will be converted to PLN according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland (NBP) on the day prior to the payment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be communicated in writing (biuro@alfaevent.pl).
- Cancellation up to 90 days before the Conference – the participant does not pay any cancellation costs;
- Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the Conference – the participant pays 30% of the cost;
- Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the Conference – the participant pays 50% of the cost;
- Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before the Conference – the participant pays 75% of the cost;
- Cancellation 14 days before the Conference – the participant pays 100% of the cost.
